- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the chicken, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in the skillet until golden brown (5-7 minutes); remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, black pepper, and garlic salt; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Cook tortellini according to package directions (3-5 minutes); drain and add to the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and mix gently for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
