Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir well, then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just blended.
  4. Fold in the chopped white chocolate and dried cranberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into a lined 9x13-inch pan and bake for 18–22 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the cooled bars.
  8. Sprinkle dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  9. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing.
  10. Slice into bars or triangles and serve.
