- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir well, then beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Gently stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just blended.
- Fold in the chopped white chocolate and dried cranberries.
- Spoon the batter into a lined 9x13-inch pan and bake for 18–22 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the cooled bars.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing.
- Slice into bars or triangles and serve.
