Cooking Steps

  4. Add coconut milk, broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar, mixing well and bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  7. Gently place the dumplings into the broth, cooking for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, a drizzle of oil, and crushed peanuts.
