Baking Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and fold in the crushed Red Hots cinnamon candies.
- Shape the dough into two logs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the logs in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring them to a cutting board.
- Slice the logs into ½"-¾" pieces using a sharp knife and arrange them back on the baking sheet.
- Bake again at 325°F (163°C) for another 20-25 minutes until crisp.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over your cooled biscotti.
- While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
