How to Make Christmas Snack Mix
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Gently break the pretzel twists in half and toss them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the Chex cereal, Cap’n Crunch, Honey Nut Cheerios, and M&M’s to the mixing bowl. Stir gently.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated mix onto your prepared sheet pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Once set, break the mixture into pieces and serve.
