How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cupcake tin by lining it with paper liners.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and cocoa powder in a bowl, then pour the hot coffee over them. Cover and let sit.
  3. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Mix the cooled chocolate mixture with the vegetable oil, eggs, vinegar, and vanilla.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients gently with the chocolate mixture.
  6. Distribute the batter into the lined cupcake tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
  7. Top each cupcake batter with a teaspoon of chilled milk chocolate filling.
  8. Bake for about 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the tin.
