How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream Tart
  1. Process the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter over low heat and mix it with the Oreo crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Microwave Chocolate Ganache until smooth.
  5. Spread the ganache evenly in the crust and freeze for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add softened strawberry ice cream and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries.
