Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until completely smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 34-37 minutes.
- Let them cool in the pan for 30-45 minutes.
- Layer the halved strawberries directly on top of the cooled brownies.
- Heat the heavy whipping cream and salted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s bubbling gently.
- Pour this over the semi-sweet baking chocolate in a bowl to create the ganache.
- Rest the mixture for 5 minutes to soften the chocolate, then stir until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the arranged strawberries.
- Set the brownies at room temperature for 90 minutes, or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
