Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 34-37 minutes.
  4. Let them cool in the pan for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Layer the halved strawberries directly on top of the cooled brownies.
  6. Heat the heavy whipping cream and salted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s bubbling gently.
  7. Pour this over the semi-sweet baking chocolate in a bowl to create the ganache.
  8. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes to soften the chocolate, then stir until smooth.
  9. Pour the ganache over the arranged strawberries.
  10. Set the brownies at room temperature for 90 minutes, or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
