How to Make Chili Garlic Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chili pepper. Sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic mixture. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice. Gradually add reserved pasta water until achieving desired sauce consistency.
  5. Top pasta with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
