Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine shredded chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto each lasagna noodle, leaving a little space at the edges. Roll them up from one end to the other.
- Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
- Cool your roll-ups for a few minutes before serving.
