Method
 

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto each lasagna noodle, leaving a little space at the edges. Roll them up from one end to the other.
  5. Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
  7. Cool your roll-ups for a few minutes before serving.
