Preparation Steps
- Blend marinade: Combine the juice, Worcestershire sauce, white wine vinegar, cilantro, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, cumin, and olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Marinate the steak: Place the flank steak in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for anywhere from 5 to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak and veggies: Grill them for about 10-12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes for even cooking.
- Rest and slice: Once done, let the steak rest for 10 minutes. Then, slice against the grain.
