How to Make Cake Mix Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Scoop 1-inch balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Decorate each cookie ball with Valentine sprinkles, adding a generous amount.
  5. Bake for about 9 minutes until slightly soft to the touch; they should have golden edges.
  6. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
