  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix the star of these cookies
  • 2 large Eggs binds ingredients together
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil ensures a tender texture
For the Decoration
  • 1 cup Valentine Sprinkles adds a festive touch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Scoop 1-inch balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  4. Decorate each cookie ball with Valentine sprinkles.
  5. Bake for about 9 minutes until slightly soft to the touch.
  6. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
