How to Make Brownie Truffles
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out slightly fudgy.
  4. Cool the brownies completely, then crumble them into fine pieces.
  5. Shape the brownie crumbles into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder or your chosen toppings and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
