How to Make Baked Strawberry Donuts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease your donut pan generously.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix, milk, egg, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Fill the donut pan cavities about ⅓ full with your batter.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.
- Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, letting the excess drip off. Top with sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
