Method

How to Make Bacon Jam Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
  1. Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat with hamburger seasoning until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat to maintain a nice texture.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Stir in the chopped onion and diced pickles into the beef. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Prepare Wrappers: Lay out your egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Moisten the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Fill and Roll: Spoon the bacon jam, beef mixture, onion, pickles, and cheese onto the wrappers. Roll them up tightly, folding in the edges to seal.
  5. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the egg rolls inside and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Make Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup until smooth and well combined.
