Method
 

Preparation

  2. Cook the ground breakfast sausage and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Add the lightly beaten eggs, thawed hash browns, and all the cheeses to the bowl, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool the casserole for 5-10 minutes before serving.
