Preparation
  1. Rub each potato generously with olive oil and sprinkle them with kosher salt.

  3. Once cooled slightly, cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the fluffy insides into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add sour cream, butter, and ranch seasoning to the potato flesh. Mix until creamy and well-combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
  6. Spoon the hearty filling back into the potato halves and place them back in the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
