Preparation
- Rub each potato generously with olive oil and sprinkle them with kosher salt.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer and set the temperature to 390°F. Air fry for 35-40 minutes until tender.
- Once cooled slightly, cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the fluffy insides into a mixing bowl.
- Add sour cream, butter, and ranch seasoning to the potato flesh. Mix until creamy and well-combined.
- Gently fold in the crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
- Spoon the hearty filling back into the potato halves and place them back in the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
